What type of ingredients are used in your products?
Marina's Ambrosia is against animal testing and doesn’t use any animal products in our formulations. We are committed to taking an ethical approach to each and every ingredient in our products, even right down to our packaging and labelling.
Not all ingredients used in all our products are organic, however those ingredients that are organic are 100% organically certified. The non-organic ingredients used are sourced at the highest quality and potency from their country of origin, to ensure the full benefits of each ingredient, proper growth in its own natural environment, a guarantee that the quality and potency is of the highest level and eliminates substituted farming and man-made growth interference.
It is a promise that all products are free from preservatives and chemicals and rest assured that there is no Sodium Lauryl Sulphate in any of the products. All ingredients are free of genetic modification and have been farmed ethically for sustainability of our precious Earth, keeping each ingredient at its natural constituents.
All makeup products are:
are 100% pure and organic;
have no fillers;
FREE OF - preservatives, bismuth, talc, dyes, parabens, carmine, fragrances, fillers, chemicals in general; and
are recommended by dermatologists.
Should the unlikely event of an irritation occurring from the use of the products, please discontinue use and notify us immediately. There have currently been no reports of allergic incidences to date.

Are your products unisex and/or multi-use?
Yes our products are unisex and can be used on from babies through to the elderly due to their gentleness. Keeping in mind that there are products made with high actives specifically made for anti ageing skincare programs and these are not recommended on young children.
Our products are also multi-use. What is generally good for your skin is good for your hair as well. So our products are from top to toe use, meeting the needs of all individuals leading diverse and super active lifestyles. Marina's Ambrosia products ensures that all our products are non- harmful to health and non harmful to the environment and encourage recycling of all our packaging as they are 100% recyclable.
Are there any nut oils or vitamin A in your products?
Please be aware that our Vitamin E stick and Healing Balm contains Macadamia Nut oil.
Age-Stop Deluxe - Hydrator, A-Lixer and Aloe Eye Lift Gel contain high levels of Vitamin A which need to be avoided if you are trying to conceive, are pregnant or breastfeeding. As a precautionary measure, it is best to completely avoid these products.
Why have I not heard about Marina's Ambrosia Products?
Having been around since 2002, I have learnt that advertising does not work as well as word of mouth. Our success and growth has all been from loyal and happy customers whom have kindly referred other people to us. Once they've tried our products they always come back. I like to refer to our customers as part of the Marina's Ambrosia family as it is our M.A family that keeps us operating and continually helping people with their personal care needs.
Marina's Ambrosia formulations free the skin of environmental and lifestyle pressures due to being gluten free, vegan, active and alive plant-based skin food. Our pricing won't burden the family budget as a little goes a long way, hence less is more. We aim to ensure our products are all ethically priced. Our consultations are free and we even host free of charge what we call a "CLASS". It is through a Class that we meet new Marina's Ambrosia family members. We are also active on Social Medial platforms like Facebook and Instagram. We are honoured to welcome new fans and brand admirers.
What is a Class?
A Class is what some businesses call a "Party". It can be a party! But it is more educational. The Class consists of a person hosting it and inviting their friends. We usually recommend about 10 people. I come and bring all the products that we have and talk about the products and tips and tricks on how to best get the most of your products. It's a great opportunity for everyone to get up close and personal with the products and speak with me directly.
A free mineral make over is given to anyone whom is interested and a card with the colour match is given to each and every person having a make over. A free skincare consultation is given and again all the information is provided on the card for the client to refer to should they wish to order from us later. If anyone is interested in making a purchase, they can and the product is taken away with the customer at that very moment. There are no pushy sales or targets to meet. This is how we can bring Marina's Ambrosia straight to the public. We also provide the Host a gift valued over $100 just to say 'Thank you' regardless of any sales that we may or may not have made.
The aim of these Classes is to introduce to Marina's Ambrosia directly to the public and so that the word of mouth continues.
What else does Marina's Ambrosia do?
As a cosmetic manufacturer we have the capacity and the means to private label for brands that love our products and would like to stock the products themselves but without the conflict of interest due to having their own brand. We manufacture to a low quantity order of 1 ltr of any product and can increase the volume to whatever quantity is required. When do you deliver my order?
Your order will be dispatched in the same day. We deliver via Australia Post to anywhere within Australia and international. Australia Post makes every effort to deliver within 7-8 business days within Australia. If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local post office you can collect it from.
What is our cancellation policy?
Our order process is fast and generally if the order is generated on a Friday after 5pm (Perth Time) it will be sent on the Monday and therefore can be cancelled. Orders are dispatched on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. If you do have a change of mind please advise immediately prior to 2pm (Perth Time) before dispatch.
Do you have a Refund/Returns Policy?
If a product is damaged upon opening, please return the product for a replacement or refund.
If you change your mind after purchasing a product, you will be given a full refund if the product is returned within 10 days of purchase and the product hasn’t been opened. (All products in the Marina's Ambrosia range are personal care products and it becomes a matter of safety and hygiene as opened products returned cannot be resold.)
If you are extremely unhappy with the product/s that you have purchased, please do contact us and tell us your thoughts. We operate in good faith and will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction as customer service is always our number one priority. We can only improve on constructive feedback and appreciate your time in bringing matters to our attention.
Our 30 day Money Back Guarantee Period begins from the day that the products are delivered to your residence or signed for at your local post office, as per the parcel’s Australia Post Tracking ID.
Refunds will be made via a bank transfer.
How do I return products?
We will guide you via email or over the phone as to how to return your unwanted order through the mail if you need to do so. The cost of returning the package is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend returning your item using registered post with a tracking number as proof of initiating your return in case your item is lost in mail. We are not liable for items that are lost in transit without parcel tracking.
We strongly recommend that you register your parcel and retain the tracking number, as Marina's Ambrosia is not liable for any returns that are lost in transit.
